PURCHASING

Grasmere Garden Centre accepts the following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Access, Delta, Switch and Solo.

We do not charge for any item until it is in dispatch.

UK DELIVERY

All items ordered are sent via Royal Mail parcel post. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. All orders that are late or missing, please contact Grasmere Garden Centre by phone on (015394) 35255.

TOTAL COST OF ORDER £0.00 to £10.00 - £2.00
TOTAL COST OF ORDER £10.00 to £50.00 - £4.00
TOTAL COST OF ORDER £50.00 + - FREE

DELIVERY CHARGES EUROPE - £20

DELIVERY CHARGES REST OF THE WORLD - £30
Deliveries outside the UK are sent Air Mail, therefore customer account details must be emailed in order to carry out bank checks prior to despatch.
All export orders will be charged excluding VAT.

Please note that Grasmere Garden Centre will send a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

OUT OF STOCK OR BACK ORDERS

If a product is out of stock or we can only deliver part of your order we will contact you straight away, either by email or by phone. On contact with you we will explain the situation and offer several alternatives one of which will include canceling your order. Grasmere Garden Centre will follow any stipulation directed by you, the customer.

Should you decide to leave any product on back order, you can contact us at any time for any updates on the said order.

Postage will only be charged on the initial payment for any part orders we dispatch. We will charge no further postage on any items we dispatch thereafter.

RETURNS

Grasmere Garden Centre offers a 'no quibbles' returns policy. All items can be returned for an exchange, a credit note or a full refund. Said items must be returned to Grasmere Garden Centre within 14 days of delivery to you.

When returning goods, please include a clear and concise letter stating the problem with said item, the action you would like us to take and address, daytime telephone and email details should we need to contact you. Please note return postage is at the cost of the customer.

Any refunds will be credited to your account within 5 working days and a receipt will be sent to you to confirm the refund amount.

FAULTY GOODS

Any faulty goods must be returned with a clear and concise letter stating the problem with said item, the action you would like us to take and address, daytime telephone and email details should we need to contact you. Please note return postage will be refunded in this situation.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Our software encrypts all credit card numbers. They are only decrypted after they reach our secure server.
