When they’re not busy producing their superb menu of meals in our Potting Shed Café, our team of chefs can usually be found working on their other passion - the Potting Shed Preserves.

With the same care and attention taken in every dish which leaves our kitchen, Potting Shed Preserves are created using the finest fresh produce including locally sourced seasonal fruit and vegetables, wherever possible.

Varieties include orange and whisky marmalade, strawberry and raspberry jam, apple and fig chutney or honey and walnut mustard - we have even created our very own tomato ketchup!

The results have become a firm favourite with visitors to our cafés as a delicious accompaniment to a main meal, part of a light afternoon tea or relaxing morning coffee break and are available for you to purchase and enjoy at home.
